  • End-to-end trial lifecycle management, coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Logistics.
  • Receive, triage, and process trial requests with complete information before procurement.
  • Coordinate procurement, configuration, and shipping of hardware and software for trials.
  • Schedule trial resources (Professional Service Managers and installers) to fit timelines.
  • Track active trials end-to-end and manage post-trial returns/inventory reconciliation.
  • ALPR trial deployments: staging, installation scheduling, and post-trial recovery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations, logistics, program coordination, or similar (SaaS preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Smartsheet; experience with workflow automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience building or maintaining process documentation in structured formats.
  • Familiarity with hardware logistics (shipping/receiving/inventory) and vendor renewals.
