- Manage trial/POC activities for Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts.
- Help AEs/SEs validate trial criteria and qualify deals.
- Develop goals and track progress for each trial with customers.
- Design/configure Motive platform to fit client needs; run weekly check-ins.
- Advise on product, change management, risk, and coaching.
- Create and deliver onsite and online training and best practices.
- Use reporting and data analysis to give insights during trials.
- Communicate milestone updates and progress to stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a client-facing role; SaaS experience preferred.
- End-to-end software/hardware POC/Trial management experience.
- Project management experience (PMP preferred).
- Strong organizational skills; multitask under pressure.
- Interface with all levels; coordinate across international teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Travel ~40-50% to customer sites.
