📋 Description

  • Identify, engage and nurture new customer relationships
  • Align solutions to the customer’s goals and needs
  • Build rapport with a pipeline of new business to drive trial conversions
  • Articulate HighLevel's value proposition to impact trial-to-paid metrics
  • Conduct consultative trial engagements for HighLevel’s sales process (via Zoom)
  • Engage through multiple channels (phone, SMS, email, ticket & live Zoom) to optimize trials and drive paid conversions

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • 0-2 Years of customer service or relevant role (Sales Development/Technical Sales)
  • Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with the HighLevel software
  • Experience with technical documentation and presentation skills preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation tools, Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building and SEO
  • Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media
