Perform Level 1 RCA on tests across public roads, closed courses, and simulation
Work closely with third-party Triage contractors to improve quality and throughput
Partner with the Autonomy Team for rapid, iterative feedback loops
Drive issue identification, analysis, mitigation, and reporting with System Performance engineers
Understand software stack components and keep knowledge up-to-date across tools
Analyze simulated AV scenarios

🎯 Requirements

Enthusiasm for the AV industry and safety
Proficient with a suite of proprietary software tools
Ability to understand technical terminology regarding the software stack
Work across multiple time zones with strong communication
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and logical thinking
Experience with data quality assurance
