  • Partner with the Manager of Triage and Support to coach teams for great customer experiences
  • Ensure escalations occur appropriately and consistently
  • Stay abreast of current cloud provider technologies
  • Ensure completion of overnight maintenance and scheduled tasks
  • Support the teams with training, meetings, and on-call responsibilities
  • Respond to major incidents as Communications Manager and issue incident notices

🎯 Requirements

  • 2 years of technical and customer support supervisor experience (NOC/Data Center)
  • 2 years’ experience managing a technical team
  • ServiceNow experience (Incidents, Events, Cases, CM)
  • Windows and Linux server operating systems
  • Virtualization technologies (VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V)
  • AWS or Azure exposure
