About the Role

As a Technical Support Professional at Trendyol, you will ensure seamless technology experiences by supporting our C-suite and end users with timely, reliable solutions. You will manage and maintain operating systems, applications, networks, and devices while troubleshooting issues across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms. Leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Server products, networking, and collaboration tools, you will play a critical role in keeping our systems secure and efficient. With your problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset, you will help drive uninterrupted business operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to ad-hoc technical support requests coming from C-suite
  • Providing, configuring, backing up end user and connected systems, and developing them to provide uninterrupted service
  • Installing and managing operating systems and applications
  • Providing support to end users regarding computer maintenance, repair and malfunctions
  • Preferably have knowledge/experience in the installation/support of mobile devices
  • Able to work 24/7 in shifts
  • Experienced in Microsoft Server products and Basic Networking
  • Having strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related fields
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • In depth experience in trouble shooting on Mac OS and Windows devices.
  • Network knowledge

  • Experience with remote support tools and techniques
