AsBusinessDevelopmentLeaderyouwillbedirectlyaccountableforpartnershipproductportfolio’sP&Lperformance,owningbothrevenuegrowthanddesigning,executing,andmanagingend-to-endprojectsthatexpandourfinancialservicesecosystemthroughinnovativepartnerships,embeddedfinancesolutions,andplatformintegrations

Theidealcandidatewillcombinestrongcommercialacumenwithdeepknowledgeofthefintechlandscape,retailbankingproductsandbusinessmodels,possessingtheabilitytotranslatestrategicvisionintoactionable,revenue-generatinginitiativeswhileensuringsustainableprofitability.

  • SetandmanageannualKPIsandoptimizationplanstomeetprofitabilitytargets.
  • Defineandexecutethebusinessdevelopmentstrategyforfintechecosysteminitiatives.
  • Identifyandpursuenewrevenuestreams,andpartnershipopportunities
  • ProjectManagement
  • Monitorindustrytrends,competitivelandscape,andregulatorydevelopmentstoidentifystrategicopportunities.
  • Proposeandchampionnewproductideas,embeddedfinancesolutions,andpartnershipmodels.
  • Workwithcross-functionalteams,collaboratewithtechnology,legalandcomplianceteamstoensureseamlessintegration,executionwithfullregulatorycompliance.
  • PartnershipDevelopment
  • Establish,negotiate,andmanagestrategicrelationshipswithfintechs,bankpartners,technologyprovidersandotherecosystemplayers.
