Your Main Responsibilities

Responsible from end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment

Work very closely with hiring managers to understand the needs and the requirements of the job

Source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources, such as job postings and different related platforms

Responsible from pre-screening and screening activities and assess interview performance

Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case study, reference checks etc.

Update all the recruitment process on the applicant tracking system

Qualities We Are Looking For

Bachelors degree

At least one year recruitment experience

Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention

Demonstrated creative excellence in research and prospecting

Experience with online sourcing techniques

Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills

Having strong communication skills and being a good team player

Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable

Excellent understanding of MS Excel and applicant tracking systems would be advantageous

Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team

This position includes specialist, senior specialist, and executive experiences
