YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Wearing many hats: partnering with leaders from marketplace, customer experience, product, growth & marketing, and other cross departments on key strategic and operational priorities

Working with a wider team focused on providing senior management with insights and guidance needed to define our strategy

Defining, monitoring and challenging company-level key performance targets, both operational and financial, and highlight ways to improve business processes and performance

Leading strategic business plans and initiatives with business teams, and guiding them in prioritization and decision making

Designing comprehensive and top-down analyses and simulation/ projection models to identify long term challenges and solutions with support on decision making across the company

Conducting local and global market watch and benchmarking to identify opportunities or potential threats to our business

Steering the company P&L from a strategic perspective to ensure a healthy business traction and to identify opportunities to improve our business model

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business, Economics and other quantitative studies

Min. 3 years of consulting, business development or equivalent work experience preferred

Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses, believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making

Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn

Excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business can only be built with people

Excited to work with different functions within the company

Highly analytical and comfortable with complex data sets, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
