• 2+ years PM in growth-stage startups.
• Excellent product intuition for user-focused solutions.
• Solid design judgment; provide feedback on mockups.
• Understand technical approaches; collaborate with engineers.
• Turn long-term strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication; docs-first.
