- Track payments using banking platforms and our Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Prepare payment instructions for intercompany transfers and vendor payments
- Support daily liquidity management, ensuring each entity has the cash it needs
- Help automate recurring reconciliations with Excel macros/VBA
- Collaborate with Treasury, Debt Management, and Accounting and Audit on recurring tasks
🎯 Requirements
- Current enrollment as a student in Germany and available to work 20 hours per week
- Experience with a Treasury Management System or banking operations is a plus; but we will train you
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; comfortable with formulas and large data
- Exceptional attention to detail and reliability; accuracy is non-negotiable
- Genuine interest in building a career in finance or treasury
- Some prior exposure to finance or working with numbers (project or internship)
