Treasury Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own reconciliations across bank, clearing, and sweep accounts; escalate breaks
• Lead daily brokerage cash settlements (NSCC/DTC, ACH, card) with timely funding
• Manage risk with strong controls over cash, suspense accounts, and exceptions
• Develop processes to scale brokerage treasury operations and reduce manual touchpoints
• Subject-matter expert on brokerage cash management; communicate with Compliance, Eng, Product
• Partner with teams to launch and scale treasury-related products touching cash flows
• Document processes, controls, metrics, and playbooks for governance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field
• 3+ years in brokerage ops or treasury with focus on cash management and reconciliations
• Experience leading automation or improvement of reconciliation, settlement, or cash-control processes
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, highly regulated environment with accuracy
• Strong problem-solving with ownership and cross-team collaboration
• Experience with data analysis (Excel, SQL, AI)
• Prior broker-dealer or securities ops experience with licenses
• Strong Robinhood product knowledge and curiosity about money movements
