- Manage complex chargebacks, including investigation and timely resolution.
- Research and resolve escalated payment exceptions with minimal supervision.
- Identify reconciliation discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to strengthen controls.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to resolve payment issues.
- Monitor inbound/outbound payment files and support month-end reporting and audits.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payment operations, treasury, fintech, or financial operations
- Strong working knowledge of payment systems including ACH, card networks, and NACHA regulations
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, reconciliation modeling)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
