Treasury Operations Assistant Vice President- Bank Account Management

📋 Description

• Lead and develop team ensuring cash data accuracy across 2,000+ bank accounts
• Ensure cash data is complete and accurate for financial reporting
• Oversee completion and documentation of key SOX controls
• Primary point of contact for internal and external auditors
• Maintain documented procedures for the team's core functions
• Approve internal fundings and external payments to third parties

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required with a minimum of 7 years work experience in a Treasury or Operations Role
• Knowledge of treasury systems (i.e. Kyriba or other banking platforms)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Visio
• Prior experience implementing financial controls in compliance with SOX a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
