Treasury Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist Treasury with Net Asset Value reporting and asset-liability analysis.
• Assist treasury and ops with daily liquidity movements and cash flow management.
• Manage offline liquidity providers and exchanges.
• Manage counterparty risk and daily adherence to treasury policies.
• Assist daily safeguarding reconciliation and cash flow management.
• Produce treasury reports, dashboards and data analysis; recommend trends.
• Daily monitoring of internal wallet balances and reconciliations.
• Review statements; provide advice on business finance issues.
• Maintain professional relationships with partner financial institutions, merchants, and ops teams.
• Assist head of treasury and treasury controller in financial decisions.
• Complete daily client and corporate funds reconciliations.
• Compare internal back-office balances (Admin Tool) to external sources.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Data & Treasury to automate asset and liability reporting.
• Assist wider finance team with ad hoc requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in treasury/finance.
• Experience in crypto and blockchain.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Present statistical findings.
• Understanding how to communicate workflows.
• BCom/Business degree in finance or related field; advantageous.
• Financial reporting experience, strong analysis, projections and forecasting.
