- Partner with Finance, Risk, and Strategy to support stress testing and limits.
- Present treasury analytics and funding recommendations to senior management and ALCO.
🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, or banking with leadership.
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
- Deep experience across core treasury disciplines: liquidity, ALM, funding, investments, reporting.
- Experience supporting and presenting to governance committees such as ALCO.
- Prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication; fintech interest preferred.
