🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2–5 years post-qualification.
• Commercial mindset; connect data to strategy.
• Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with large datasets.
• Proactive; takes ownership for your work.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; balance data, judgement and common sense.
• Team player; willing to challenge and collaborate.
