Lead or support opening and setup of client bank accounts with onboarding teams
Establish and maintain bank connectivity; ensure transactions upload to Carta platform
Review, interpret and upload bank/brokerage transactions when automated connectivity is unavailable
Identify operational gaps and support scalable process improvements
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to troubleshoot issues
Own end-to-end payment workflows, including ACH/Wire and FX payments for client approval

🎯 Requirements

2–3 years in Treasury, banking ops, or payments; eager to grow into strategic roles
Strong attention to detail; high ownership of workflows
Clear verbal and written communicator with clients and teammates
Proficient in Excel; able to learn Looker, Salesforce, or internal tools
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing process improvements
Experience creating or improving workflows in fast-paced environments
