🎯 Requirements
- Solid experience in Treasury, Payments, or Financial Operations.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments and remittance flows.
- Liquidity and cash management in multi-currency environments.
- Knowledge of FX operations, currency exposure, conversion mechanisms.
- Reconciliation and analytical skills for large datasets.
- Advanced Excel; TMS, ERP systems, or SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of financial regulations, including KYC/AML and central bank requirements.
- Advanced English skills for communication with global stakeholders.
