- Unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience with frail/elderly
- Highly motivated, self-directed; ability to act in emergencies
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Travel up to 100% and varied schedule; CPR/First Aid within 180 days
