π― Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years elderly care experience.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
- Eligible to serve Medicare/Medi-Cal.
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (certification on hire preferred).
- Ability to travel to California clinics (travel required).
