Traveling BAS Install Technician

📋 Description

• Install BAS components (controllers, sensors, actuators, relays, panels) per drawings.
• Perform wiring terminations, continuity checks, and basic system verification.
• Assist with system startup and commissioning with engineers and programmers.
• Label and organize wiring and components for maintenance and service.
• Ensure installations comply with NEC, local regulations, and company standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–5 years of BAS installation, controls, HVAC, or electrical work.
• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and ability to follow wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, or IP networks.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and control sequences.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
