• Administer the Egencia platform and Expensify integration.
• Support AI-enabled workflows to reduce friction and boost efficiency.
• Hybrid work setup with onsite Tue-Fri near US hubs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in travel sourcing, travel & expense management, or related.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with data and AI-driven decisions.
• Experience with travel & expense platforms (Egencia, Expensify), Workday, and MS Office.
• Comfort with AI tools (Claude, Cursor) to improve workflows.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
