Manages travel and transportation budget for trial participants
Participates in vendor and internal team discussions on participant needs
Supports hospital or clinical staff with participant enrollments and visit schedules
Promptly responds to inquiries from participants and hospital staff
Manages projects to profitability through efficient work processes
Acts as point of contact for patient communication regarding air, hotel and ground accommodations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Fluent Spanish and fluent English required; multilingual preferred
2+ years of experience in travel and/or pharma industries preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently
Highly organized and plan-oriented; adept at prioritization
