Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Build and mentor transportation staff delivering daily transport support.
• Drive efficiency; improve scheduling, reduce cancellations, boost satisfaction.
• Lead a service affecting participant transport and cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee vehicle safety, PMI oversight, vendor compliance, fleet inventory.
• Manage IDT meetings, tactical meetings, and clinic huddles.
• Provide 1:1 supervision, coaching, and mentorship to drivers/dispatchers.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalency; degree substitution allowed.
• Valid driver’s license; DMV pull notice; pass background checks and DOT physical.
• Four years of transportation supervisory experience; two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication with seniors and IDT teams.
• Conduct driver ride-alongs; provide coaching to drivers/dispatchers.
• Oversee vehicle safety and maintenance; PMI oversight and fleet inventory.
