Manage transportation staff: hiring, training, supervising, mentoring
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings: prep, engage, follow-up
Monitor vehicle safety: PMI inspections, safety concerns, vendor maintenance
Oversee scheduling of transportation services for efficiency and customer satisfaction
Oversee maintenance and safety of vehicles (lift vans, ADA minibuses, ambulatory)

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
4+ years in public/private transportation
2+ years supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license for 5+ years with <=1 moving violation or at-fault accident in 3 years
DMV pull notice, random testing; pass DOJ/FBI background check; pass DOT physical
May require Passenger (P) Endorsement for passenger vehicle
