Manage transportation staff: hiring, training, supervising, mentoring
Participate in IDT meetings: prep, active engagement, follow-up
Monitor vehicle safety: PMI, safety concerns, vendor compliance
Oversee scheduling of transportation for efficiency and satisfaction
Oversee maintenance and safety of vehicles (lift vans, ADA minibuses, ambulatory)

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years in public/private transportation setting
2+ years supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license for 5+ years; max 1 violation or 1 at-fault in 3 years
DMV pull notice and random testing; DOJ/FBI background; DOT physical
May require Passenger Endorsement (P) for passenger transport vehicle
