Lead and develop transportation staff (hire, train, supervise, mentor)
Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and follow-up
Monitor vehicle safety and PMI inspections
Verify vendor compliance and maintenance schedules
Oversee transportation scheduling for efficiency and satisfaction
Ensure maintenance and safety of all vehicles (lift vans, ADA minibuses, ambulatory)

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
4+ years in public/private transportation
2+ years supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license for 5+ years with minimal violations
DMV pull notices and random drug/alcohol testing
DOJ/FBI background check and DOT physical exam
