Manage transportation staff: hiring, training, supervising, mentoring
Participate in IDT meetings with prep, active engagement, follow-up
Monitor vehicle safety compliance and PMI; verify vendor maintenance schedules
Oversee scheduling of transportation services for efficiency and satisfaction
Oversee maintenance and safety of vehicles (lift vans, ADA minibuses, ambulatory)
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000/year + Bonus

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency required
4+ years in public/private transportation
2+ years supervisory experience
Valid driver's license: 5+ years, max 1 moving violation or 1 at-fault in 3 years
DMV pull notice, random drug/alcohol testing, pass background check and DOT exam
May require Passenger (P) Endorsement for certain vehicles
