- Lead parcel carrier RFPs and evaluate offerings.
- Manage invoice audits, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4+ years' experience managing outbound ecommerce shipping at scale.
- Experience with carrier contracts, expense forecasting, and delivery optimization.
- Experience launching shipping solutions across multiple DCs and markets.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Looker preferred).
- Comfort with ERP and WMS systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Ability to analyze trends, build forecasts, and derive insights from logistics data.
