Transport Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate transport, delivery, and distribution of products globally to customers.
• Facilitate the flow of outbound and returns within internal SLA.
• Respond to shipping, tracking, and delivery inquiries promptly.
• Handle customer complaints related to collections and deliveries.
• Manage end-to-end process for device repairs and warranties.
• Liaise with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in logistics, shipping, import/export.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changes.
• Strong organizer, detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with carrier software; MS Office, G Suite, Slack.
• Knowledge of international customs laws, export compliance, and documentation.
