🎯 Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Medicare COPs and program requirements
- At least 1 year of health care experience (preferably home health)
- Discharge planning experience preferred
- Current RN, LPN, MSW, PT or OT license in state of practice
- Sales/Business development background a plus
