🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Medicare COPs and program requirements
- At least one year of experience in health care (prefer home health)
- Previous discharge planning experience preferred
- Current license in good standing as RN, LPN, MSW, PT, or OT (a plus)
- Sales/Business Development background a plus
