📋 Description

• Build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and health pros.
• Educate hospital and facility leaders about BAYADA services.
• Use clinical knowledge to educate patients about home health eligibility.
• Manage referral intake and initial transition to home care.
• Market and sell BAYADA services, articulating features and benefits.
• Coordinate with the service office to set up the ordered services.

🎯 Requirements

• Current license in good standing (RN/LPN/MSW/PT/OT).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare COPs and related requirements.
• At least 1 year health care experience, preferably home health.
• Discharge planning experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Philadelphia area hospitals.
