Lead and support the Transitional Care Program (TCP) for BAYADA's Skilled Nursing Unit.
Design, develop, implement and manage the TCP program.
Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
Promote BAYADA through marketing materials, trainings and events.
Represent BAYADA in settings with strong communication skills.

🎯 Requirements

Four-year college degree in nursing, marketing or related field.
Formal sales training; able to develop and implement a sales/marketing plan.
Licensed RN strongly preferred.
Experience in nursing, discharge planning or home care with high tech, complex care.
Two+ years' supervisory/management experience in health care.
Excellent verbal and written communication; English fluency.
