Transition Team - Licensed Practical Nurse (Private Duty)

📋 Description

• Provide care at home for infants, children, and adults in Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.
• Support the transition of care from the hospital to ongoing home care services.
• Deliver quality care and provide training to the BAYADA care team.
• Day and overnight shifts available; choose shifts that work for you.
• Learn to care for clients with rare and complex diseases.

🎯 Requirements

• Have a current license as a Registered Nurse / RN
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
• Hold current CPR certification
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
• Ability to travel throughout Chester, Delaware, and parts of Montgomery County
