- 10+ years leading large-scale transformation programmes in tech/consulting.
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional change incl. tech/engineering transformation.
- Experience in workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Exposure to AI, ML, or AI-native engineering concepts.
- Background in digital consultancy or fast-scaling product org.
- Exceptional programme and stakeholder management.
- Strong data literacy to drive decisions.
- Outstanding communication to engage C-suite and engineering teams.
