📋 Description

  • Coordinate 15-20 weekly meetings across US, UK, and EU with agendas and owners
  • Track 100+ strategic initiatives and drive completion with senior teams
  • Maintain and audit the transformation dashboard for milestones and data
  • Produce weekly executive status reports and monthly SteerCo summaries
  • Monitor initiative health and flag risks or delays early
  • Maintain transformation docs including decision logs and RACI

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in operations, coordination, program support, or analyst roles
  • Strong organizational skills across global stakeholders
  • Clear, structured written communication
  • Experience preparing executive-ready materials and summaries
  • Proficiency with Slack, Jira, and Google Suite
  • High attention to detail and proactive mindset
