Design and implement TP policies and intercompany pricing with Head of TP
Lead TP documentation: master/local files and country-by-country reports
Draft and manage intercompany agreements with Legal
Support TP in complex transactions (M&A, restructurings, new initiatives)
APA initiation/management and support for TP audits, including responses to tax authorities
Build and maintain TP models and economic analyses

🎯 Requirements

10+ years TP exp, including leadership
Strong familiarity with OECD TP guidelines and IRC 482
Degree in law (JD/LLM) or quantitative field (econ/finance/acc/math/stats)
Strong quantitative economic analysis skills
Self-starter with a diligent work ethic
Experience with TP compliance/documentation across multiple jurisdictions
