Intake Coordinator I

📋 Description

• Liaise between Accolade, nurses, and members.
• Educate customers on Accolade services and benefits.
• Coordinate all aspects of the referral process for member care.
• Answer high-volume intake calls; triage to nurse teams.
• Activate new accounts, reset passwords, and update information in the database.
• Prioritize referrals and meet team targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a medical setting.
• Referral experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Multitask high-priority tasks with minimal direction.
• Strong admin/tech skills: MS Office, Salesforce, Slack/Zoom.
• Excellent English communication; verbal and written.
