📋 Description

  • Oversee daily trade and transaction reporting under MAS, FSCA, and IIROC/CSA.
  • Maintain and improve reporting processes with accurate data and timely submissions.
  • Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with regulators, ARMs, and trade repositories as required.
  • Monitor regulatory updates; ensure systems align with evolving requirements.
  • Work with engineering to automate and optimise reporting workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years in regulatory or transaction reporting in finance, broker, or fintech.
  • Experience with MAS, FSCA, and Canadian trade reporting; MiFID II / EMIR / ASIC a plus.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives and CFD products.
  • Familiarity with reporting mechanisms such as UnaVista, DTCC, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel and data handling; SQL or Python a plus.
  • Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.
