  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (FTC).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Strong collaboration and communication with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with billing platforms, collections workflows, order management systems, and CRM tools.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
