🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing to execution
- Strong negotiation skills with term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements
- Excellent project management across legal, technical, finance, and operations
- Experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing for large-scale infrastructure or real estate
- Experience in/across Japanese markets with knowledge of local data center landscape
