📋 Description

  • Manage and process CRE debt and equity transactions from engagement to closing.
  • Oversee post-closing follow-up.
  • Review title-related docs: purchase agreements, title reports, surveys.
  • Coordinate due diligence with clients, brokers, lenders, and title co.
  • Manage electronic and physical files; maintain property database.
  • Prepare estoppels and SNDAs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years CRE transaction management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
