- 3+ years Real Estate transaction coordinator/management experience
- Ownership mindset with solutions-focused approach
- Strong time-management and pipeline management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Salesforce proficiency is a nice-to-have
- Contract knowledge in multiple states is a nice-to-have
