Transaction Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and close commercial real estate debt and equity transactions from engagement to closing.
• Oversee post-closing follow-up.
• Review and abstract title documents (purchase/sale agreements, title reports).
• Coordinate due diligence with clients, brokers, title companies, lenders.
• Maintain electronic and physical files; manage property database.
• Prepare estoppels and SNDAs; coordinate third-party inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of CRE transaction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Understand REAs, estoppel certificates and leases.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and time management.
• Excellent oral and written communication with internal and external parties.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
