📋 Description

  • Manage CRE transactions from start to finish with accuracy.
  • Draft and prepare transaction documents (listing agreements, LOIs, P&S agreements).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third parties to track deliverables.
  • Oversee pre-listing activities, due diligence, lease abstracts, and legal docs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools with thoughtful, results-driven approach to improve processes, automate tasks and enhance overall workflow efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
