Drive time-sensitive tasks from contract to close with focus on customer experience
Act as liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and stakeholders
Coordinate closings with title company and lender to ensure timely documentation
Draft MLS listings and ensure documentation is accurate before listing
Maintain high levels of communication and coordination among parties
Monitor transaction progress and address issues promptly

🎯 Requirements

Florida Real Estate license required
Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in real estate software and MLS systems
Knowledge of regional real estate regulations and requirements
