Validate system configurations, user permissions, and workflows to ensure proper functionality.
Collaborate with Onboard Implementation Specialists to align setup with client timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues during implementation.
Document configurations and maintain accurate client setup records.
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on recurring setup issues or enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years of experience in software implementation, system setup, or technical support.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and configuration processes.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work North American business hours.
