📋 Description

• Design and develop learning experiences for the commercial team.
• Analyze learner needs to identify skill gaps and craft targeted materials.
• Facilitate training sessions to boost sales and account management skills.
• Collaborate with Onboarding PM for seamless transition from hiring to development.
• Own Commercial Intake & Triage: manage JIRA updates.
• Orchestrate end-to-end training calendar; schedule sessions and invites.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in Education, HR, or Business (org development focus).
• 3+ years in training facilitation, instructional design, or sales enablement.
• Fluent in English to train and create content for European offices.
• Strong command of training facilitation tools and knowledge management platforms.
• Business acumen to translate commercial objectives into learning paths.
